The knife clamp/honing stone guide unit is a cinch to use. just hold it in your hand.Each hone in the system has a color coded holder that is finger grooved for comfort, and designed with finger protection in mind. This knife Sharpening System comes with easy to follow instructions, and is packaged in a custom molded carrying case.
